Departure Information
Your Olympic team will make sure that you have your departure details in plenty of time, usually 24 hours prior to departure day.
These are always posted on WhatsApp for you, under the Transfers section in our catalogues and you can also message or send an email to request them.
For any Island Hopping guests you will be contacted directly with pick-up times for ports and details for your ferry transfers.
On the day of your departure, please make sure you hand your key at the reception..
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point in good time, we recommend 10 minutes before and be prepared to wait for at least 15 mins as there may be hold ups with traffic. Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding pass are ready in hand luggage.
