Your Olympic team will make sure that you have your departure details in plenty of time, usually 24 hours prior to departure day.
These will be emailed to your hotel 24 to 48 hours prior to departure.
They will also be posted on Whatsapp, under the Transfers section in our catalogues. Alternatively, you can also message or send an email to request them.
On the day of your departure, please make sure you hand your key into reception.
Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding passes are ready in hand luggage.
If you have any medication at all, we strongly recommed that you pack this in your hand luggage.
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point in good time, we recommend 10 minutes before and be prepared to wait for at least 20mins as there may be hold ups with traffic.
