Your Olympic team will make sure that you have your departure details in plenty of time, usually 24 hours prior to departure day. These will be sent to you via whatsapp, if you have no access to this then please get in touch with your hotel reception.
All ferry tickets for Tilos Departures will be emailed to your hotel reception at least 24hrs prior to departure. They will also organise your transfer and luggage transportation so please speak to them directly.
On the day of your departure, please make sure you hand your key into reception or leave in the door at the accommodation, having also settled all room bills and paid accommodation taxes.
Please make your way to the departure pick-up point in good time, we recommend 10 minutes beforec. Make sure you have all your personal belongings, and your passport and boarding pass are ready in hand luggage.
